Most of the CSM users got to know by now that Sweden and dss community took a gold and a bronze trophy at the first CSM Knockout cup. This is the first time a Swedish user wins a cup! Gratz to Mr.Hagelpump and 1337!
I got the opportunity to interview Mr.Hagelpump that won the cup!
Q1: First of all, gratz to the victory! How does it feel to be the first Swedish user winning a cup?
Thank you! :)
Well it feels great and I never thought the first one winning a cup for Sweden would be me.
I hope we swedes can be more successful in the future and I think we will now that our rebuilders are finally starting to get settled in the 1337-league. Wildii and g0rilla are probably going to win some cups in the future for us ;).
Q2: What was your expectation on your performance in this cup?
I was hoping to last a few rounds and make some money :P.
Q3: How much help did you get from Penisrulven?
penisrulven was of course a big help but I got a lot of help from mpi with my tactics. He told me when I still was in the cup before this weekend that I had the players I just needed the tactics so he helped me with those and I bought some equipment to be as good as possible :D. This was not just a victory for me but for dss and everyone had a part in it. We might tie our shoes and iron our shirts one extra time just to celebrate and take a ride in our bus. It feels great that dss winning formula finally has been paying of too :D. LINK - http://bildr.no/view/190824.
Q4: Did you have the time to change your tactics before the final?
No, actually I got home about 20.50-20:55 yesterday because I was on a CSM-meeting. I knew that the first opponent this weekend was my bc Nitty which beats me in 90% of our pcws and I never thought I would beat him. But I got some results from mpi and penisrulven by phone and heard from them when I won against kortex in a very close game. When we were about to go home I started my cellphone and got a message from mpi where he said "omg both you and niklas (1337) are in the semifinals". About two hours later I got a message saying "HAHAHA you are in the finals" at that point I were in stockholm and had about 500 km home. I think we had and avg.speed of 160km/h from stockholm to gothenburg just to catch the game.
Q5: Are you planning on doing any changes in you line-up?
If you had the best team in the world, would you change anything? ;P
Uhm haven't really thought about it. But they might stay a while after this performance :P. Might rebuild though. It was fun to buy 13yo's and follow their progress and I would love to do that again :D.
Q6: What do you prefer, WP or SP?
It depends but I think I have to go with the WPs :D:D:D.
Q7: And finally, tell us a bit about your life outside CSM!
I live with my girlfriend Hanna (bebiii) in gothenburg in a place called biskopsgården. I work with alarms and security devices. I like to spend time with my grandfather who teaches me about life, sailing, boule and many other important things. Besides that I like to watch food being
prepared by Hanna (if it's good food and only if I'm supposed to eat it afterwards).I like to travel to linköping just to eat at andreas gatukök with Gustav (mpi).
Thank you for your time! Good luck in the future!
Thank you and I would like to mention a couple of people for helping me on csm.
penisrulven
lindell
mpi
wildii
ruppeer
+ some others but I have to keep this list short! :D
