Youth teams look like the next big update thats going to happen to CSM. There has been alot of talk about youth teams in the past but now it seems there seriously considering implementing this feature sooner rather than later. Currently there's a thread in the development forum asking for peoples opinions on how best to introduce youth teams, so nows the time to speak up if you have any ideas on the subject.

If we see youth teams introduced then rebuilds may become a thing of the past, teams will be able to stay at there current level and be able to gradually improve without worrying about if the team is good enough to take them to where they want to be before they get to old. This also means that leagues and tournaments will be far more competitive, no longer will you see your league half filled with rebuilding clans fighting it out for bottom spot. This promises to be possibly the biggest update that CSM will have seen.
