The forums have been full of debate regarding limits; talent and stamina come Season 15 due to the ability of displaying limits on the transfer list. This has in fact changed the face of the transfer list for two reasons:
Lancamps:
Lancamps have allowed player training to be accelerated massively, individual training can now be sped up to x3 (Standard) or x4 (Hard). This is relatively expensive option but by using a sixth player to stand in for PCWs it can be attained for only 5 or 10k per week respectively. This means players can reach their limits faster, and therefore limits become ever more important - especially in the big five*. As people regard these skills to be so important they will pay huge sums knowing these limits.
Pricing on the Transfer List:
By revealing limits has almost removed "limit faking" from the transfer list, people can now buy players knowing certain limits without fault - unless hidden and lied to by the seller. This has increased the prices of players with good limits in the big five* but severely hurt those players with bad limits, hidden limits or even not researched limits.
This has moved the question of "How important is talent to individual/PCW/lancamp training results" into the limelight, in addition, it's hurt the value of high talent and stamina players. A section of users are now in a position where they have a team of very good talent and stamina players with a good level of skill points but relatively poor/average limits and feel the system has changed so radically (with addition of lancamps and revealing limits) that their once expensive and skilled team is devalued and could not compete with a purely good limited team in the big five*.
Maybe the users who rebuild prior to lancamps should be content with the changes? But it has obviously stirred up the mix of what comprises of a good player, at the moment my money is firmly on limits only (and money to lancamp them).

Conclusion
I think the main point here is, users are making crucial decisions based on the game as it is today. Tomorrow it may be very different and perhaps the SAs should state their development intentions for the future now - giving perhaps 4-5 seasons notice to radical changes. This may in turn leave more time for map and new country development.
